- No refunds after a charge. This covers monthly plan charges and overage minutes.
- Cancel any time. Cancelling stops your next renewal.
- Free trial: your card is not charged until day 7. We email a reminder about 48 hours before. Cancel before day 7 and you pay nothing.
- Overage is $0.22 per minute, up to the monthly cap you set (default $25), billed on your next invoice, and is not refundable.
