FAQ

Questions owners ask.

Straight answers.

How does the free trial work?

You get 7 days and 30 AI minutes. We take your card at signup but don't charge it until day 7. About 48 hours before day 7, we email you a reminder with step-by-step cancel instructions. Cancel before day 7 and you pay nothing.

What if I use all 30 trial minutes early?

Calls go back to your own line, and we email you a link to start your paid plan.

What if I go over my minutes?

Extra minutes are $0.22 each, billed on your next invoice. You set a monthly cap (default $25). When you hit it, calls go to your own line until your next billing month, and minutes over the cap aren't billed. We email you at 80% and 100% of your plan minutes.

How long can a call run?

Up to 5 minutes (300 seconds) per call.

Can I get a refund?

No refunds after a charge. You can cancel any time, and that stops your next renewal.

How long is setup?

About 24 hours after you fill out the onboarding form.

What do I need to tell you?

Your business hours, service areas, standard procedures, and an emergency contact.

Does it book appointments?

It takes booking requests on both plans: it asks callers for two preferred days plus morning or afternoon and emails that to you, and your office confirms the time. Calendar add-ons (Jobber, ServiceTitan, Google Calendar) are coming later on the $99 plan only.

Does it send texts?

No. It doesn't send texts. Emergencies and job requests come to you by email.

Are calls recorded?

Yes. Calls are recorded and transcribed, and caller details are stored. The assistant's greeting tells callers the call is recorded.

Do I have to talk to a salesperson?

No. Everything is online.

Do I keep my phone number?

Yes. You keep your number and turn on conditional forwarding, so calls reach the assistant when your line is busy, when nobody answers, or after hours. Forwarding every call is optional.
